Because it’s easy, concierge sorts your life out. Same as my sheds in Cotswolds, just lock up and leave and the next time you visit the garden sorted, the house clean, beds changed, food in the fridge etc etc. Rich but time poor people happy to pay for that. Which is why they all want to live within 5 minutes of Harrods. I’d rather chew my own elbow off than live there.
