As I’m shifting a bit of furniture etc I rented a Suzuki Vitara. It’s basic as feck, no reversing camera or beepers, no cruise control (annoying on the 250 mile cruise up the deserted motorway from Athens). A few bits of trim missing, and a hub cap. No screen in it for satnav. And it’s done 136k km! When I set off yesterday the leccy drivers window was playing up and refusing to close. But that’s sorted itself. Not enough power either. Odd as the last car I got from them was brand spankers. And it’s white, so I’ll have to be careful I don’t scratch it too much when loading. £4 a day though, so can’t complain
