The reason was the cost. Why should the taxpayer pay to produce over 400,000 documents to a bunch of dip%&!*@s trying to profit from the gullibility of conspiracy believing thickos? Can anyone just demand that any agency produce massive amounts of documents? Where does it end? The FDA offered to produce 500 documents per month which is where the 75 years came from. They should have told the con men to go fcuk themselves.
